- Installments must be paid before 20th of every month.
- Penalty ₹10 per missed installment month.
- Duplicate passbooks will be charged ₹20.
- Lost passbooks cannot be replaced without verification.
- Premature withdrawal is not allowed.
- Purchase is allowed only after completing 12 months.
- No cash redemption of passbook value.
- GST applicable at the time of final purchase.
- Scheme terms may change as per business needs.
- Final decision rests with Mayur Jewellers management.
📌 ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶರತ್ತುಗಳು
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಯೂರ ಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ₹3,000 ಮೊತ್ತದ ಠೇವಣಿ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
- ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳ 20 ರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಠೇವಣಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
- ಠೇವಣಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ₹10 ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಪಾಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಕಳೆದುಹೋದರೆ ₹20 ಶುಲ್ಕ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
- ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ಪಾಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಮರುಪಡೆಯಲು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ.
- ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಪೂರ್ಣ 12 ತಿಂಗಳ ನಂತರವೇ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಪಾಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಗದು ವಾಪಸಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಖರೀದಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ (GST) ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಯೂರ ಜುವೆಲ್ಲರ್ಸ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯದು.
